Refund policy
- We accept returns/exchanges on unlit candles from our regular line in their original condition, a photo of which must be shared with us on our FB or Instagram handle along with the order ID.
- If for some reason a customer changes their mind about returning any products, the buyer is responsible for the delivery charge both ways.

We do not accept returns, refund or cancellations for custom made orders, any advance paid for the order in non-refundable.
