Refund policy

  • We accept returns/exchanges on unlit candles from our regular line in their original condition, a photo of which must be shared with us on our FB or Instagram handle along with the order ID.
  • If for some reason a customer changes their mind about returning any products, the buyer is responsible for the delivery charge both ways. 
  • We do not accept returns, refund or cancellations for custom made orders, any advance paid for the order in non-refundable.
